A). Each new instruction should be numbered and on a separate line i.e. 1. Instruction 1 B). Be concise. Short instructions are usually clearer for the design team. C). If there are examples of what you want, show them to us. There is a great image directory on Google. The address for this directory is http://www.google.com/imghp/. If it helps to get your point across, point to images from this and/or another website in you instructions. D). Be Patient. Your design will be with you your whole business life. It may take several revisions to get it absolutely correct. In the event the designer missed an instruction, point it out in the next round. Even though the designers strive to be perfect with the designs, they are after all only human. E). In the event you feel the design is going in the wrong direction, let us know early on. It is very frustrating not only for the design team, but also for the client to switch track after several revision rounds. The earlier you tell us the quicker the design can be fixed and back to you. F). You could also consider making a sketch of what you want in MS paint or another drawing program. You could also draw your thoughts on paper and scan it. Then e-mail it to us as instructed below. You can e-mail it as an attachment, but please refer to the attachment in the text portion of your reply. Don’t be concerned if the drawing is really bad. The design team can usually interpret most things. G). Reply to the e-mail that we sent to your design choices to you in. A ticking system is used to keep all your data and instruction together in one ticket. It is important that you do not send a brand new e-mail when you respond to the concept e-mails we send you. All e-mail client software allows you to reply to the e-mails you receive. NOTE: The ‘contact us’ links on our website are for new inquiries and comments. They are not for giving design instructions. REMEMBER: Please REPLY to the e-mails we send you and do not send new one every time. H). STATIONERY DESIGN ONLY: Windows XP may not display a sharp image. This maybe due to the settings being set to "auto resize to screen". If you hover the cursor over the image, an icon will appear at the bottom of the screen that looks like a hamburger with four arrows. Click on this icon and you image will enlarge so you can check the details clearly. I). There is nothing that cannot be fixed. Tell us the problem and the design team will fix it.
