Q. What is a revision session? A. If you should decide that you want to make a small change for instance the font, color or other minor changes this is referred to as a revision session. Actually you can make several minor changes and it would be one revision session. As long as you request all the minor changes at the same time. You receive unlimited revisions to your logo design until you are 100% satisfied, until you accept your final design.
Q. Who owns the copyright? A. You own the copyright. To assist you in registering you new logo with the appropriate copyright/trademark agency, you will be supplied a grayscale format of your logo. Also, you are responsible for the use of your new logo and any copyright or trademark issues that may arise from that use. The responsibility for investigating any possible copyright/trademark infringement is yours. There are companies that can assist you with this. JumpinLogos.com can not be held responsible for any issues that may arise after the delivery of the final design is made.
Q. How do you send my new logo? A. You new logo will be sent to you in a ZIP file to the e-mail address you specify in the order. If this is not practical or desired, your logo will be sent by an alternative means.
Q. I need a logo with the background in a color other than white. Can this be done? A. Yes. If you know the HEX or PANTONE® number of the color that you want the background to be, or if you can supply a sample of that color, your new logo will have that color. You should supply that information at the time of ordering. Your new logo background can be transparent as well. Note that if PANTONE® Colors are specified, in order to ensure color accuracy we only use current editions of the PANTONE® publications. Please ensure you are also using the current editions by going to www.pantone.com or calling 201-935-5500. Pantone Inc. is not responsible for inaccuracies in color reproductions. JumpinLogos.com is not responsible for inaccuracies in color reproductions.
Q. What if I need the background of my new logo to be transparent? A. This can be done. However, it should be noted that the quality of the logo would most likely be lower with a transparent GIF. It would be better to specify the background color.
Q. Can you recreate my current logo that is in a vector format. A. Yes, BUT the complexity of the logo design can affect the price. Occasionally this type of work may take longer than usual. Send us a copy of the logo that you would like recreated by e-mail and we will give you a competitive quote. Q. Do you supply camera ready artwork or color separations? A. No. Due to the fact that color separation is specific to the equipment that the printers use, it is best to make sure that the printer can do color separation from the EPS file that will be in your final package.
